Thank you for shopping at PETALS IN THE WIND LLC. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in its original packaging and you must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
3. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as flowers, plants, and floral arrangements), custom or personalized products, and sale items. Please contact us if you have questions about whether your specific item is eligible for return.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at petals.in.the.wind.florist@gmail.com and send your item to our return address.
7. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If you received a gift and wish to return it, please note that the original purchaser will be notified of your return.
